MV 22 Feedback

When playing multiplayer, the osprey has the same roll glitch as in the beta, where changing from left-banking to right banking causes the heli to stick and jitter back and forth, almost crash-causingly bad.

Transitioning is spot on, much smoother and natural feeling than the beta.

It still feels weak in combat, since its so slow in vertical/ transition APCs can kill it in very short order.

The crashing feels like it's better but still glitchy when one nacelle hits something and it bounces back and forth.

But overall it seems great, thank you to all involved.

was it intentional that the crates off the osprey are deployable from high speeds? i've used this a few times to feed mortars on muttrah or run crates into the north and it seems like common knowledge now.

i think it's great. not only does it fill a unique roll on carrier maps, but it has a specialized role. someone said "just imagine the parachutes..." so, why not just add the parachutes? have them deploy from top speeds but give them a minimal altitude to deploy without busting.

take that a step further, and give it a paradrop capability. i can see a future/current pr map where the infantry are spawned with parachutes, allowing squads to load in and deploy to forward positions (similar to russian loadouts on dovre, or german loadouts on silent eagle). this would give it much more defined role in the game, and expand it's current use beyond logistics truck with wings.

All crates can be dropped at max speed, the distance they drop is the only thing that decides if they break.
