Kiowa Gunner Sight Lock

When gunning for the Kiowa the gunner is locked into the Flir camera, instead of having the option to unsight and view from the pilots head

i think only in the kiowa without hf you can move your head around (on kokan for example)
are you talking about the kiowa with hellfires (kashan?)
