since 1.0 came out its been great just if we didnt have know a 20 to 40 percent rate of retards that come from cod and battlefield 3. i dont mind the knew players i mind the ones that dont learn the actually game and are very ignorant and young-minded. but some quick thing to go over for knew players that aren't dip-wads.
ASSETS. please stop trying to fly choppers in online servers you are just going to get banned when you crash it like ive seen 7 times this week if you haven't been banned its because the admins are being nice since there's so many newbies know.
How do i learn how to fly you say?
you can find a online server the map will be test airfield you can download it on the fourms
also if you dont want to do that then you can create local match and setup your own match to practice. and last there's join coop but i wouldn't recommend that ppl will shoot you down.
PLEASE STOP TRYING TO CAP FLAGS THAT CANNOT BE CAPTURED ITS NOT BF3 AND YOU CANNOT RUN TO ANY FLAG AND GET IT.
THEIRS A MANUAL FOR PR GO TO THE DOWNLOADS PAGE
AND THE MAIN THING STICK TO INFANTRY IN THE BEGINNING GET A MIC FOR GOD SAKES AND LEARN AND BECOME SOMEBODY NOT EVERYBODY FINDS AWESOME IN THE PR COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF A REAL DAMN ANNOYANCE.

This seems more like a rant than a good advice thread tbh.
The people your aiming at are most likely not reading the forum in the first place anyway.
The Cap order is not something special for new players.... it is a common flaw with squad-leaders expecting things to happen and communication breakdown between transport and infantry.
If some of the really green players are watching this thread I give you these quick advice's though.
Scroll through the server rules and understand them (ask if you don't understand it)
Communicate as much as possible especially when your in doubt about something..... feeling your way forward by doing can cause a lot of trouble for you. Use a local server for testing things.
ps. what is with the "knew" instead of "new"? Did you run a spellchecker without confirming it?

Stewiesboys have right maybe he is still under impressions of game that he played but it is really frustrating and you can get pretty nervous... Admins must be on servers cause they are our only hope.

That is a good thing. Much better than not saying anything and missing by a mile when it is a life and death situation.
The screaming for medic is one of the top things that makes me cry too though..... it is not reserved for new players though... a lot of old players continue to scream for help even though they could use a second to check where the medic is and if he is currently busy.

It's like that with every major release.
Just wait some time until the dust settles.
I play only local in the mean time and try out all new assets.

What PR needs are players willing to learn rather than players not willing to teach.

1.Of course I will almost die.
2.Of course.
3.Hey, they are NEW so just let them read it. They don't know!
4.Every round that I am actually able to play 15 min or less in

5.I don't care much, but it's very important. As long as they listen if they have no mic I am good with that.
6.Hahaha, the medic is constantly busy. Get used to it.
7.This happened in the 17.9 minutes I was playing on mootrah. My god.... We found out that the MEC was hiding in the North City the whole round!

8.They fall back constantly.... Then get killed.
9.Usually if your squad mates that push, they will follow.
10.Every Round that has choppers in it!
11. Testing weapons on teammates in main!
- Constantly spamming mumble with music that has "Im a barbie Girl in it"
- Racism
- Teamkilling Squad Leader for telling him what to do.
- Taking a jet in main and then dropping the bomb's while everyone is in main tking.
- Threatening everyone, saying "stuff"
- Takes the breacher kit, puts C4 on chopper then BOOM while we are in it!

- Thinking that "grenades are smoke nades'"
- Driving APC into enemy main.... roadkilling 38 people.
- Kamakazi into enemy main.
- DDOSing servers.....
- Using soundboards as talking sources....
Get the point?

We really need a strategy guide with the manual. Yes its moar reading, but its for a game that is gonna stick with you for a while.
Its like secks, before you got going, you did some serious research with dads stash and online as well.

People need to learn to shut up on mumble about needing a medic and only say it when there is in fact a medic in range to hear you. There's been more than a few situations where our communications were made difficulty by all the pleas for medic.
There was one funny time where this young child was calling for medic like crazy, I became wounded next to him and waited patiently for the assaulting medic. Anyway, by the time the medic got to me the young child was now calling for a medic on the other side of me, he had given up and ran back and gotten himself wounded again. Noobs

We actually had one that worked well with us yesterday. Granted, it was against AI, but he always got into a good position to overwatch our movements while we moved and he rarely needed a medic. Can't remember his name for the life of me though.

A guy requested a sniper kit in my squad, I told him to drop it. He did, but then kept questioning if we needed one. I said: "Pick up the grenadier kit or find a new squad, those are your two options" - He didn't take the sniper kit

We need more squads then. Snipers can be effective just not as part of a conventional squad. Except for long range firefights, when you cant call in armor, or mortars or Cas.

Except in insurgency. Then it's more or less a rifle with a scope as it's not really got the zoom necessary for super long range kills, which is kind of useful. Same goes for marksman really.

PR has always been filled with retards, the whole world is. Everyone is "retarded"* in their own special way.
*
Before some political correctness zealot tries to get their thong in a twist, mentally handicapped people are no longer referred to as retards, and the term is often used, on the internet, to describe people of a particularly significant level of stupidity.
