A confusing part on the manual

I was translating new v1.0 PR manual to Korean and I saw a confusing part on the manual.

On "Game modes - Insurgency" chapter, it says

" ...a coalition player must be within a meter and use either a restrainer (plastic handcuffs accessible by selecting key 1) or a shotgun loaded with breaching slugs (which simulates arresting the civilian)....".

and on "Weapons and Equipment-General Weapons & Equipment" chapter, which has shotgun description, it says

"...Insurgent collaborators shot with buckshot count as being arrested. This behavior is intended for cases where collaborators hide in hard to reach places....".

I think description on Insurgency chapter is newer, but it still confuses me. is it okay to use buckshot slugs to civis? or only breaching slugs? or both?

BTW, is it allowed to translate PR manual into other languages?

Buckshot and breaching shot are the same I think

It's just the same. Buckshot is used for breaching.

I would hold on with manual translations, we have somebody doing some work on it, rewriting some parts and whatnot.

I think they're planning to make PRwiki in time. They said so on the manual.

But the problem is, many things changed in v1.0, and many none-English speaking Koreans can't even read changelog. so somebody gotta translate manual or something.

Plus, I don't think there's an Asian or Korean in PR team.
