Win 8 64bit- Pr Launcher selecting "MANUAL" produces this error

Clicking "Manual" here on Win7 opens Firefox to URL https://www.realitymod.com/manual/pr_manual.pdf and proceeds to download it. I'd suggest to check that your browser opens and is configured for handling PDF links/files similarly.

I ran into a similar error here when clicking links when I didn't have a handler for http:// configured.
