Grenade pin sound bug

Ok, sometimes I hear the sound as If I was pulling the pin to throw a grenade...
Problem is, I don't have a grenade on my hand
I asked a friend, and he reported the same thing
Sometimes I even look around tried to find a sneaky enemy thinking he is going to kill me with a hand grenade, but I don't find anything or anyone around me...
It's really weird and scary
