[Mumble] It's disconnecting

Mumble's disconnecting all the time for me. It might be working for a minute or so, then it goes back to showing what seems to be a broken red chain. When this is shown I'm not able to hear or speak to anyone. Is there a fix for this?

Are any other VOIP programs doing similar? TS, skype, etc?
Almost Each PR server now has it's own PRMumble server, please try to switch servers, and switch from a European to N.American serevr to make sure you're not on the same PRMumble server, and test again.

Firewalls. Check your router firewall or other features as flood protection ( DDOS ) and iif you dont want to turn it off then suffer.

open PRMumble
go to configure->settings->Network
two tickboxes,
one for "Force TCP"
one for "Use QoS" (Quality of Service)
First, uncheck QoS, click apply, test.
if not fixed, then go to your router settings, and figure out if your router's QoS feature is turned on or off. Whichever it's set to, try the opposite. (remember to click Apply to the changes). exit router config, test PRMumble.
if not fixed,
go to configure->settings->Network
check the box for "Force TCP", click Apply. test.
