Multiple unknown caches

Had this on Operation Archer.
For some reason we had 3 unknowns and 1 known.
Apparently the Canadians saw B5 and L2 as known and destroyed them. But they were marked unknown for the Taliban all the time.
Cant really say what could have caused this.
