"Seige of Vilyuy"

A little story i just did as the outline for a map/mission. Try reading it all and tell me what you think? Ideas are MOST welcome.
"Leonij sighed heavily and looked out the window of the Mi-17 transport chopper. Outside, the snowflakes had gathered in the window creek like a white half moon. He and his team had been flying for a good hour, into the icy heart of Russia. They were all specialists in their field. Leonij had been chosen as the interpreter, although he gathered that he wouldn't be translating as much as trying to stay alive. They had been thoroughly briefed, and it was pretty straightforward as far as most missions went. Four teams would be flown to the objective via helicopters, deployed from MEC mobile HQ disguised as a civilian oil tanker in the Arctic Ocean. Masked by the heavy snowfall, two recon teams would use APC's to follow below. Their objective was a nuclear generator in the depts of sibeiria, heavily guarded and protected. But once it was gone, half of russia would be without power long enough to deply several troop carriers, thereby carving a path to the oil that they so desperatly needed. "Vilyuy reservoir straight ahead boys! -15 and counting, get ready for deployment!" yelled the co-pilot. Leonij felt the sweat amassing on his forehead. Everything rested on him and his teams shoulders now. The russian troops would probably already have picked them up on the radar, and their defences would be fully manned and battle-ready. "Thank Allah they will not have air support" Said Akhmed with a smile. The others nodded in silent agreement. Any second now they would be landing near their designated drop zone, and from there make their way to the heavy russian generator installment. The wounded would have to be brought back to the DP zone for treatment, and there would almost certainly be casualties when considering the hidden mines and the extensive lenght of barbed wire that circled around the entire base. Yanov, the engineer would probably be the hardest pressed of all, since he would have to clear eventual mines and steel link fences for the armored APC's. He had a blank stare on his face, a stare like a man who has come to terms with his own existence, and the hastily approaching termination of same."
