I would recommend obtaining a discrete graphics card (I don't have any specific suggestions at the moment.) but that setup should be able to run PR on your scale of about a 2 or 3. Your biggest bottleneck is definitely the graphics.

Considering that AMD has better integrated graphics than Intel, you should be able to run PR at the bare minimum. 6GB of RAM is more than sufficient to run PR (The game is limited to using 4GB of memory) However, joining action packed 100 player servers will dramatically bring your FPS down as much as 50%. Don't let the requirements of vBF2 and the lower-than-average graphics fool you, PR is a very CPU and GPU demanding game. I've seen people with rigs worth more than $2000USD having fps problems on some maps.
I would recommend that you run the game at medium-low settings to begin with, move down to low settings if you're getting a low fps. If you're still getting low settings, then try cleaning up your computer with CCleaner, defrag your hard drive, and close unused applications while gaming; then get ProcessLasso and set PRBF2.exe as a high priority process. As a last resort, you can turn down the view distance to around 75%.

I think it might work.
And people with $2000+ rigs are having issues too!
But you should also use this...

Honestly, I use it everytime. It works like getting medicine from a doctor to cure a cold.
It works FINE.
You can get a good 58.3 fps on a firefight!
