Sometimes when i alt tab back into PR, the game gets stuck on a black screen, and im forced to restart, Windows doesnt freeze, i can still use teamspeak, but even if i ctrl+alt+del nothing happens.

nope, i don't

Try pressing ESC to get to the main menu, then alt tab out/in. See if that works.
