I keep trying to change my mumble key under the Mumble option, but it won't highlight the keys and let me select one to change. Before it used to high light in like a blue colour, but not anymore.

Yeah this had happend to me too. Because i have an external keyboard without numpads (it sucks i know- but i dont like playing on my laptop keyboard which has one)So i tryied to set squad speak to HOME button and it compiled it wtih first mouse click also. I had to reinstall the mod in order to work that out. And opening Project reality mumble just does not work. .EXE stops working everytime. Do you have that problem too?

ya same here, i tried to make the volume up and down shortcuts but was unable to get anything other than mouse button 0 as the key....

Same problem yesterday for my friend. Only in our case we could only set one button then the next would be mouse button 0 + all the other keys I had pressed to try to reset it.

I got around it by setting one button, applying and closing the launcher, and repeating the process until I set them all.
