M2A2 cannot exit

Description: Getting into an M2A2 Bradley ODS without the Crewman kit doesn't allow you to exit it after it warns you to get out
Steps to Reproduce: Go to Insurgency-Mode as US Army, enter vehicle with the Riflemen Kit, try to exit
Tested On: Fallujah West Standard Insurgency Mode 100p, =CIA=, PR 1.0.36.0

Ok, on Local it appears to work perfectly, and I can exit.
