I have this problem with PR (my computer is at home and I'm using a laptop atm)

I installed BF2 and the patches (1.41, 1.5), then installed PR with ISO mounting.. Whenever I try to play it (regardless of the compatibility modes) I just get a dark screen.

Are there any fixes for this?


The laptop has a 64-bit Windows 8

please give us the specs of your gaming PC when you can.

1. in prlauncher, change settings to NOT fullscreen, and lower video and graphics settings, just to test.

I already tried many things like lowering everything (like literaly LOW on everything including sound).

AMD Dual core E1-2400
6GB Ram
AMD HD Radeon 8240 (?) I can't find much info about this card myself

I don't think that can play PR.
That is a power saving ultrabook APU, is it not?
