it all started when i downloaded pr mod, the sound went completly off, not just the game, the hole sound, only way for me to get it back was to restart my computer... please help.

Does the sound work after a restart? When does the problem appear? When you start PR, when you are in the game or independet from PR? Its very strange that your sound crashes when you download something.

i crashes like when i get to the meny when i click play, yes the sound works after i restart my pc, what i meant is, this only happend when i was going to first play pr. not while downloading sorry XD

Have you tried to change the Audio Provider in PR Launcher Menu to Hardware or Switch EAX or change the Sound Quality?

And is this still happening when you start P and click on Play or it happend once and not again?

i tried everything you suggested but it dosent work. it happens all the time if i click play

I have the same issue.
FIX:
- Join SQ who is using mumble
- ALT+TAB from the game
- Click on the speaker icon on the right low corner of your screen
- Click on the mixer
- Manually adjust the PRBF2.exe volume in the mixer

Bad thing is that you need to do that everytime you start PR.

Try updating your soundcard to the latest version and see if it fixes it.
