I don't think it would work if applied to the PR launcher, but theres no "target" line on the .exe because its not a shortcut.

I'm running dual monitors and want to be able to use the other one without minimizing the game.

You can turn fullscreen off in profile settings in launcher.

Well this is embarrassing... How did I miss that.

EDIT: It fucks up all kinds of things because it keeps the window boarders. How to remove the boarders so its "pseudo-fullscreen".

Check around for AutoHotkey solutions. I remember making a script for borderless windowed mode that worked with any given process (well, I only tried, PR, explorer and Chrome). I activated it with a key combination. If I could do it, you surely can as well.

I used this program for a little while to run PR in windowed borderless mode, worked pretty well. Only thing is that the main menu screws up a bit, but there shouldn't be any issues in the actual game.
