Problem with replacing files in the installation!

I got some serious problems trying to install PR for BF2!
about 95% of the installation works great but as soon as it comes to replacing files it fails horribly!
I can do the first amount manually but when it has to replace PC (remove and place a new one) it will just shut itself down because it can't find PB! There is nothing I can do but to cancel or remove the file wich will cause the installer to give up!
I'm using Daemon Tools because my MOBO only have 4 SATA connectors and I need 3 harddrives+SSD!
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit if that's any help.
^ Screenshot on the first message that pops up about replacing files
I have wanted to play PR for 3 years but my EA didn't want to reactivate my BF2 so I gave up and rebought it!
Also, can I create a completly new profile? I don't like the name of my current one
Edit: "Atkomst nekad" means "Action Denied" (something like that)
Edit 2: I tried running it as admin but I got the same problem

Seems like permission issue. Try running installer As Administrator. Do you have full admin privileges on your Windows Account?
Yes you can make new account. Choose not to import existing one and register new one. Use real email and not fake one, since you'll need it to get activated/password changed.

Yes I did launch it as an admin! (I should edit this in the original text)
Is it possible that Daemon Tools is doing something wrong? I have to use it to use ISO files since I have no room for a CD reader

Wait, you have it installed and youre trying to reinstall it?
- Go to CP > Programs and Features and if PR or Mumble is listed there uninstall them.
- Go to E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefiled 2\mods\ and if pr folder is present delete it
- Press Start > Run > input "%localappdata%" without quotes and locate Project Reality folder if present and delete it.
- Do the same as in previous step but return one step back and enter Roaming folder and locate Project Reality folder and delete it.
- Cleanup your PC -
CCleaner or alike, do a registry cleanup also
- Defragment your drives
- If you suspect Daemon Tools might be failing uninstall it and try
Virtual Clone Drive
- REBOOT!
- Try to run vBF2 first and make sure it runs fine - join MP and play a bit.
- Close vBF2 and mount PR ISO to VCD and start installer as admin.

If I defragment my drives, will that remove any program that I installed recently? (Like the entire Adobe package I got from school)

No -
Defragmentation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It may delete some ancient restore points but thats not the issue.

My PC really enjoy to die when doing some important things (System updates, Reddit, etc.) If my PC crashes during defragmentation, how screwed am I?

Ok, I tried with 3 different ISO mounting softwares and all got the same problem!
Is there any place I can get a non ISO file from?

I got help from a redditor and appearantly the file was damaged! I redownloaded it and it finally match the MD5 code so I'll see how it goes!

- Defragmentation will not kill your PC
- you dont need a dedicated cd drive for VCD, at least not that I know
- you dont even have to mount ISO, you can extract it somewhere on your HDD with 7zip or winrar or alike and from the extracted folder start the setup manually.

MrTra1tor, did you get this sorted out?
If you don't mind, I'd likee to know where you downloaded the PR 1.0 ISO from that you got a corrupted download.
If possible, we'd like to contact the person who hosts that file and have them remove the broken ISO, so other people don;t also go through the troubles you've encountered.
