This happened to me aswell but in the map editor. Right after I placed Hotel jalalabad this started happening, but only when the camera was close to the hotel, just thought I'd share it maybe it's of any help to the devs if they don't already know what's causing it.

This is most likely a client side problem that does not happen to all players. Can you share your system information?

It's a occlusion mesh problem like this one. Seems to be the same building too. Probably the fix hasn't been applied yet. Wait for the next version and see if it's still there.

Yep I had the same problem, only forgot to record it and upload. All these balconies tend to have this problem.
