Hey, i recently got PR for Bf2 since i got an PC update a while ago and i randomly thought i give it a try again. But i wonder if im doing something wrong...are there only those 2-3 Full servers overall? i thought this thing was much bigger, no?
I dont want to blame anyone or the game, i would just like to ask if im doing something wrong and there might be 15+ Servers full of action or whatever. I just feel like a game which even wants to go Standalone etc. would do that for a game which is as big as lets say Dayz, and not for a playerbase where 200-300 ppl play at one time, which is in my opinion...nothing?


Basically, question is: is there a bigger Serverlist somewhere than the one ingame which only shows me those 2-3 Servers where action is going on? Its a cool game though, but i feel not really motivated if theres not much action going on overall honestly.

Nope. You're not doing anything wrong. The average player base is 200 players with more players on the weekends.

On weekend nights you will usually see a large increase in player numbers, up to six full servers or so but yes you're correct. For me, just a couple of servers to choose from is enough - it's still easy to hop in a full game almost 24/7. No it's not a big game, there has been a decline of player numbers of course, but to be honest that's to be expected from a mod of a game this old.
