Try simillar Russian or even Latvian sites where you can customize your laptop.
The GPU is fine.. You could even save up money and buy one without a GPU (unless she does 3D intensive tasks or games).
The integrated videocards in CPU's are relatively powerfull nowadays.
The funny thing is, I actually am from "Eastern Europe", from Central-Asia to be more precisely. And Latvia does not have such sites + Russia is not in EU so need to pay import price (20% from price of the item + shipping)

Anyhow, only things here available are preset laptops from big companies like HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Acer etc...
does pcspecialist ship to Latvia? Their site says it ships to all of Europe
