Had the chance to play Gaza Beach AAS the first time since 1.0 is out yesterday on HOG. The server was full and like other 1km maps like Mestia its not hard to tell that it will reduce your FPS with so many players around in a small area. But on Gaza it as even harder, i had like 7-10 FPS worst case and 20 fps max. That is not really playable for me. My PC is not the newest one but its quite decent i think.


AMD X4 955 (4*3.2Ghz)
AMD 6870 1GB
8 GB Ram
Graphics all on high

Can post specific system specs later, but that should enough to get a clue. Are there other players who got a bad performance too?

The Single Thread Performance of the CPU is too low for PR1.0

Have trouble with the Framerate sometimes(<20fps when unscoped)
Running a hd4850 grafics Card, i am CPU limited,
so it cant be ur 6870 bottlenecking.

I have the same CPU but 4gb RAM and a GTX 560ti, I got no FPS problem at all. Perhaps your system overheats.
