Mumble disconnected sign

It used to be fine until a map change came once and on the next map my mumble was disconnected. This isssue only exists on the Merk server and not sure how to resolve it. I've tried the TCP mode and QoS.

Only a problem on one server?
Recreate the problem on the MERK server, note the time, then immediately exit PR.
Go to:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Project Reality\Project Reality Mumble
and open
Console.txt
Scroll all the way to the bottom, to the timestamps you noted above,
copy the last 30 or so lines, you should see words like "FAIL" or "ERROR" or "NO HOOK"
paste all of that into this thread,

You got a USB headset.
If you have a regular 3.5mm jack set of headphones/speakers and 3.5mm mic, please plug those in and make them the default audio output and input devices. reboot, then try PRmumble again.

isn't related with my headphones, I've been using them before this happened, therefore I doubt there's an issue revolving them

PRMumble-Settings->Advanced tickbox ticked->Network Tab->Remove the tickbox for "Use Quality of Service", click Apply.
test.

You're just suggesting me those cliche solutions, either way I've tried that as OP states.
The issue occured straight after a map change, before that I was playing properly with mumble working.
