'All Squad Leaders com.' & 'Mouse button 1' Mumble bug

Updated 18th of November:
Hi guys,
When I create a squad I frequently experience a bug that will activate my 'All Squad Leaders com.' and play the 'radio cue' whenever I press 'Mouse button 1' (even on the desktop). This bug seems to be periodic as is doesn't appear in every round; it can suddenly appear in a new round and persists until I reboot the game.
The 'All Squad Leaders com.'-icon is not necessarily present in all buggy game sessions when I press MB1, even though I always hear the 'radio cue' when the bug is active.
I don't get the bug if I leave my own created squad to join another as a regular, but it'll return if I later on create a new one.
And I'm not exactly sure if I'm actually transmitting any voice, as I haven't heard other SLs complain about me yet (and that's even though I've played a whole round with this bug).
Recreating the squad, reconnecting to server, restarting Mumble, running in another compatibility, resetting and fiddling around with Mumble settings has been fruitless so far.
Have you guys heard of this and possibly a solution for it?
(Relevant) system information:
Windows 8 64-bit
Creative Sound Blaster Z
Logitech G5 (SetPoint is not the problem as I experience the bug even with the software shut down)
(all with newest drivers)

Do you have some kind of custom mousesoftware to link buttons to the mouse or something?
I had a problem that i tabbed out sometimes when i pressed the mousewheel (i use it for reload). In the end it was a problem with my logitech mousesoftware, i somehow had linked a button to my horizontal scroll feature on the mousewheel so it was hard to reproduce
From time to time i have Mumble sound bugs too (transmit sound repeating for ages ..etc), restarting mumble works for me if that happens

I got this too. I had the sound only set for SL-SL chat and sometimes i received just the transmission sounds followed by this bug, even when i was not SL or CO. Also for me only restarting PR helped or someone triggering the sound again.
In the end i disabled it all together and "fixed" it.

I do have Logitech's SetPoint mouse software installed, but I have not reconfigured any buttons. Besides, this problem is not permanent and I can play a whole round or two before the problem shows up and then it becomes persistent until I reboot the game. I have tried to take a look at the SetPoint software whenever the problem arises, but have not been able to fix it through that.
I assume it has something to do with Mumble.
Can I restart Mumble and stay on the server, or do I have to reboot the game as was recommended in the old days? And how do I restart Mumble as I cannot seem to locate any mumble.exe?

If you want to restart PR Mumble tab out of the game and search that little Dogtag icon in the left taskbar (maybe hidden, so just press that arrow thats pointing upwards). If you click the icon the Mumble screen shows up and you can simply quit it with the red x in the upper left corner, it will restart automaticly.
Is there any way you can reproduce your problem? Also make sure you dont have assigned wrong buttons in mumble, and maybe give it a try and play one evening without setpoint software.

Great, I was afraid to close Mumble as I thought I had to reboot the game to get it started again (not particularly cool when you're the SL). Ok then, next time I'll play without the mouse software and see what happens, and restart Mumble if it happens either way.
My Mumble buttons configuration is not the problem and I even checked it and tried to fix it that way while experiencing the problem, to no prevail.
I think I might have experienced the problem mostly in the beginning of the rounds, but I haven't been able to figure out what provokes the bug as it seems very random. However, I'll try to pay better attention next time.

I would test first if it has something to do with Setpoint, if that doesnt help you can search the forums how to "hardreset" mumble (delete all custom configs etc), i believe there was a thread somewhere....

Okay, just tested it.
SetPoint is apparently not the problem as I observed the problem with the mouse software shut down.
I now know what triggers the bug: sometimes when I create a squad it'll immediately show up. Disbanding the squad and then creating a new, reconnecting to server or restarting Mumble did not solve the problem. I don't get the bug if I leave my own created squad to join another, but it'll return if I later on create a new one.
The 'All Squad Leaders com.'-icon is not necessarily present in all buggy game sessions when I press MB1. Fx. if the bug is activated on the server, it'll perhaps show the icon together with the radio cue, but if I restart the game and rejoin and the bug then reappears at some point, the icon will not necessarily show up whenever I press MB1, although I'll always hear the radio cue.
And I'm not exactly sure if I'm actually transmitting any voice, as I haven't heard other SLs complain about me yet (and that's even though I've played a whole round with this bug).
So I'll try to "hard reset" Mumble now and see what happens...
P.S. why is it that "Audio Cue Volume" returns to 100% every time I open the "Options" windows in the launcher? Have you guys had any problems with that?

Couldn't find that thread and haven't yet figured out how to "hard reset" Mumble. I did reset the different settings within the program but to no prevail.
Running PRMumble.exe in another compatibility didn't work either.
I'm probably going to reinstall the game, even though I somehow doubt that would solve the issue ;.(

I have this exact issue, yesterday someone initiated a kick because I was spamming squad comms.
Was a solution found?

I remember a friend having this and it got fixed by reseting the shortcuts.
Before doing that you can check your shortcuts again. Start the PRLauncher, go to options and choose Mumble tab. Click launch to open mumble, then proceed to navigate to the options/shortcut section. I suggest to always change the shortcuts directly through mumble.
Either way chances are that you wont have anything bound to "Mouse 0", if you have that is your problem solved

To reset the shortcuts:
1. Close Mumble
2. Open the registry editor. Press Win+R and type "regedit" in the new window.
3. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Project Reality/PR Mumble/Shortcuts
4. Delete the Shortcuts folder
5. Run PR Mumble again as described above
6. Configure your shortcuts again
This should solve the issue. The reset to default function of Mumble does not seem to do this, so you have to go through the registry. Again i suggest to edit shortcuts only directly through mumble and not use the PR Launcher for that.
Dont touch anything else in the registry, it could break more than it solves.
Hope this solved the issue
