So, the other day I reinstalled windows 7, installed bf2, patched in the correct order, played some PR. Tonight, I decided to hook up my laptop to my TV via HDMI and after I did that I crash to desktop every single time the map finishes loading. I don't know why, I haven't even got a clue as to where to start to try to figure this out. I thought it was crashing because it was hooked up to the TV, but then I unplugged it, and its still the same. I tried replacing the pb folder from the one provided in the other thread thinking that might be related to the issue, but that hasn't helped either.

I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any ideas? I'm going to try deleting my profile folder to see if that helps.. and will update the thread if it does, but if there's no update, assume it didn't work. All I can say is.. WTF man. Insert /r/supershibe meme of annoyed gamer dogge here.

Try to run PR in windowed mode (you can set this in the launcher). Then launch PR and see if you get any error message. Please post back here .

I managed to fix it by changing my graphics card priority settings and deleting some profile folder/files, then using a different gamespy account. I'm not sure what exactly fixed it.

Possibly something in the video.con file of your BF2 profile. But glad it's fixed!
