Can someone please send me a link in order to appeal a ban that i got months ago for a unknown reason for whatever it was i just want to be un-ban so i can Squad Lead again for Christ sakes thanks..

Indeed, brezmans is correct. Follow that link and sign up at the HOG page, the PR team cannot help you with ban appeals.
