Exactly as title says.
Any ideas how I STILL can log-in to profile and play PR normally again?

It seems to have to do sth. with proxy, since I had to enable "detect automatic proxy settings" in Firefox browser to be able to visit websites at all...
TS also not connecting... (it is a university network btw.)

See, knowing you're on a university network changes the whole situation
They're running you through a gateway server (most likely) and some reasonably strong port blocking/firewall stuff, so you're going to have to contact their IT department and ask if it's possible to play your game on their network. They will be able to advise you if it's possible, and how.
Let us know how it goes.

So yeah then you can ask them if it's possible to run your own connection to your house/dorm/wherever you live, but there's a good chance that's not possible either.

I organized that I and a mate can share the connection of a 3rd guy in the same apartment, then everybody doesn't pay that much, but at least it is 50 Mbit internet now and NO restricted access and NO 50 GB volume limit (university "cut" the connection after that limit!

)

You should ask them if you can run QoS on your packets since otherwise if they're streaming something that uses lots of bandwidth you might start to have a little packet-loss... but I guess you only have to worry about that if it actually starts happening. With 50mbps between three people, I don't think you'll run into many issues.
Good to hear you can start playing again soon!

I am already, but it will take few days before our apartment connection will be upgraded from the current 28 Mbit (which the one guy had alone for himself) to the 50 Mb/s we agreed on for the (now) three of us...

Is that enough ?
Isn't QoS already enabled everywhere automatically?
(btw thx for the help so far!)
