There is an issue with my friend's game. Whenever he gets a weapon that has standard and backup sights, his mouse movement gets very jerky when he aims. Note that on the video he draws his mouse smoothly, but gets jerky and jagged response on the output.
Please help us find the cure for it.

I have heard of others having this problem in-game, but from what I can remember He said it fixed itself eventually. Does it happen every time?

Yeah, it happens sometimes. BF2 engine is weird.
What it could be: weak CPU, bad internet connection, some kind of bug.

It usually happens every time, but normally like 10-30mins into the game and ONLY happens when a weapon with two kinds of sights (S and B) is used (introduced in v1.0).

I have had this happen when swapping between BUIS/Scope and quickly looking down the sights and then shouldering the weapon again.

I have noticed a few other people with this issue, but as mentioned messing around with the buis system and raising and lowing the weapon seems to solve it eventually.
