stuffer and lag in mumble

hello guys i have really shitty problem here with mumble pr its lag and stuffer every sec some talking in squad or local chat there sound cut or lag out like oblivion in earth i can't play past 5 month because this problem i try everything played with setting little bit and nothing change im using windows 8.1 this problem start for me in windows vista and 7 i dont know cause for this issue i can't play PR like That
