Hi,i need some help. Whenever i try to start PR properly it just says:

-1311: Error verifying the integrity of the following file:
E:/Program Files (x86)/renddx9.dll

Sometimes it even changes the file to audio.dll and aid.dll for example. I need a soloution.
I've updated the game first to 1.41 and then to 1.5. I've tried re installing 1.5 and PR but none seem to work.

I can launch the game but it says i can't play on public servers because it can't verify the files. I really want this to work.

Where did you buy the BF2 game?
And how did you install BF2?
I mean, is it from Steam, or Origin, or retail DVD, etc.

If you can get a list of the files that are corrupted, I can upload my copies to dropbox and you can download and replace your files. It's not a great solution, as we discussed if this is happening repeatedly, you might have a bad hard drive or even some type of low level virus. Though it's not likely to be either, it could just be the randomness of the universe pissing on your head.

I'm so busy I can't check in often, here's links to my copies of the usual files to get corrupted like you are experiencing:

It seems like the RendDX9x2.dll was missing so i installed it and placed it in the BF2 directory.

I replaced the RendDX9x2.dll and placed it into the BF2 directory.
Works fine now.

Hi everyone so I am trying to install PR. but it keeps giving me this message:
