I'm having a problem with the startup. A messaging saying it is not able to detect a visual c++ update 4 64 bit. When I checked the forums I stumbled on a possible fix, but my Norton says the link they gave was malicious. I downloaded 64 and 86 bit, and then re-installed 10 times. The directions helped until the link was blocked. I am concerned because the replies saying it worked was from 12-24-13 and that's the latest it is 1-2-14. The link is not malicious, that's just norton not knowing what is in the registry fix.
