Pr 1.1 high ping levels?

I just downloaded 1.1 and have high pings across the servers.250 and higher.

Ran some tests on my dsl from at&t and it sucks today.not the game but my connection.

Well my ping is up as well than usual ~20-30ms could just be high-traffic or something.

fOUND my ping and jitter proble.My torrent was still seeding three downloads. Thanks to help from a forum question U glaosed all my torrents(ended) and my line quality went from a d+ to a +.I was still seeding the previous last two downloads.

i don't want to open new topic thats why im writing here, i noticed something very strange, usually my ping in German servers is 37-40 after new update, when the server is full the ping is going high to 50-60 , when is empty or there are few players the ping is getting back to 37, i try it in other servers with same thing full and few players and the result is the same.

I don't know about that, but that's not a big deal, I can deal with it, considering where the majority of servers are being hosted, the total amount of players, available servers and 100p layer.
