I'm having issues with mumble, it is on in the background and it allows me to talk (although i do not have a mic), but i cannot hear anyone else talking.

Are there any fixes for this?

Start PR and join a server, make sure PRMumble is connected.
Alt-tab out of PR,
in bottom right corner of taskbar, right click the white speaker icon and select Volume Mixer,
check to see if PRMumble is set to muted or too low.

You can also open PRMumble window, go to COnfigure-Audio Wizard,
the third or fourth screen is the audio output selection screen, and the audio output testing screen,
make sure you've selected the correct audio output, (headphones, speakers, HDMI out to sound system, whatever it is), and test it in the next screen. you can go back and forth between those screens to find the correct output device)
