Often game marksman , and I think that I will report as a bug . I realize that there is no constancy in the injury caused to the enemy . Even I verified this by testing where shot point blank in the chest with some marksman rifles and the enemy did not die . And unlike occurs too often , to hit the legs of the enemy and he dies (in testing , not in combat ) . The last test was done on 08.01.2014 , with a STAR21 Israeli rifle , shot in the chest about 5 meters with stationary enemy. He did not fall , got up , and only then with the second is that it was shot down . But there is a curiosodade , is not always what happens , 30 attempts were made to this same standard , and 30 , 3 did not kill the enemy , the other 27 were successful . ( same test pattern , same weapon , same distance and same enemy )
Interesting series by the developers of the mod revise engine ...
I would also like to congratulate the mod without a doubt the best mod for any game ever released.

I hope you took a video... I'm not exactly sure what the issue is?
You're saying
:

- You repeated this same test 30 times
Is that correct?
Either way, when you do testing like this, please take a video and included it in the report... it makes it much easier to see/understand/confirm.

Unfortunately I made a video to demonstrate. But I believe that anyone can try and get the same results.
Repeating the "problem": Target (not insurgents) was hit 30 times with rifle marksman (STAR21 / Israel), where he died 27 times (down), and only 3 times was injured and remained standing. As I said, this number can be random, does not mean that if you do the test again give the same result. However, I believe that there is an inconsistency in the engine marksman rifles, as this can be seen ingame too. Often the enemy is hit in vital areas (chest, head) and is not down. Stands and can fight back the attack.
I'll do another test and try to make a video. (I'll try to solve a problem on my computer, which did not want to record videos in games, only writes directly on the desktop).

I think he is using google translator.
I'm not sure either but I understood that he tested shooting a HAMAS insurgent in the chest and did it so 30 times. On 27 of those attempts the enemy died on the first shot, and on 3 attempts the enemy was hurt but not killed in the first bullet.

I think he's saying that with the same weapon and same target we can obtain two results, sometimes the target will die with one hit and on others it will simply became injured.

Either the DEVs have fucked up the deviation on the QBU-88, had the guy in my sights for 6+ sec and every shot should have landed in his chest but the spread was awful.

Conforme solicitacao e ajuda do O_turista_portugues, segue meu texto em portugues.
O que estou tentando mostrar, eh que considero ser um bug, o fato de um rifle de precisao (qualquer um do PR usado por um marksman), muitas vezes com um tiro certeiro no peito nao derrubar o inimigo se este estiver com sua saude 100%.
Para comprovar isso, fiz um novo teste, e existiu alguns casos que o inimigo so caiu apos 3 tiros no peito. As condicoes eram:
Alvo
- MEC (colete/capacete)
Atirador
- Americano (marksman)
Minha argumentacao eh exatamente neste ponto, se o PR se propoe a ser o mais proximo da realidade isso nao deveria acontecer. Independente de colete/capacete, um rifle de precisao se nao matar no primeiro tiro (peito/cabeca) no minimo fere o inimigo a ponto de derruba-lo, porem no PR, com um destes rifles e o inimigo estando com 100% de saude, o inimigo so caira depois de 3 tiros certeiros no peito.
Considero isso um BUG.

ok, hes complaing that sometimes it takes 3 marksman shots to the chest to bring an enemy down... and it shouldn't be this way... well afaik 1-2 shots will do the job... unless the hit detection makes you think you hit the enemy when you didn't... probably his case...

Real problem with marksman kits is the ridiculous disadvantage you get while using deployed compared to undeployed.
Undeployed, takes weapon out fast, aims fast, deviation settles in a couple of seconds and no need to wait longer than 1-2 seconds between shots
Deployed takes longer to take weapon out, aim, deviation settles in 5-10 seconds, need to wait 3-5 sec between shots.

Virruss is dead on. I am a marksman whore, it's my preferred kit (other then crewman ofc). If you play with me on a regular basis you know I'm all about shot placement (if the situation allows ofc), and as such I tend to roll around with undeployed.
You may find it counter intuitive but deployed mode is only really useful when you are defending a position for longer periods of time. Even then having to move for a shot will hurt you more when you are deployed, so it's mostly relegated to circumstantial encounters. The undeployed mode allows you to plant your first shot earlier and follow up faster while still keeping your weapon lined up with the enemy (you can move your weapon faster in undeployed).
If you're engaging enemies beyond 200m it's another story, but let's be fair these types of shots happen to be a lot less common then targets popping up within 100m. You just have to remember to fire with intention and not willy nilly, AR style, and you will soon come to realize undeployed mode is where you make your money (I even get kills with undeployed AR regularly, just be easy on the trigger).
