hello, my name is roy and im trying to go into a server but i cant. i tells me to go to support > keys and that says my key isnt valid. i bought the game offcialy and i dont have problams with ot. how can i fiz this problam? thank you

in the PR launcher please cut and past the information from the support feature (see screenshot)

Also please press the keys menu item and confirm that your cd key has been entered correctly.
