core 2 duo e 6400 2.13 ghz
1.5 gb ddr2 ram
galaxy geforce 210 1gb ddr3 (oc'ed)
hdd 300gb
win xp pro
can i run it?
and what setting for me?

The CPU, its okay, overclock it a bit... 1.5GB DDR2, LOLNO, you need like 4+
All low when you get moar ram..

I run PR with those configs :
E6650 Core 2 duo 2.4GHz o'clocked at 2.8GHz
2 GB RAM
GTX 8800
Windows 7
You will run it at low/medium.

You are not going to have enough memory I'm afraid. Or at least experience quite a few crashes.
