Error 1311, renddx9x2.dll

I just installed PR v1.1, and am trying to play it online. I have BF2 updated to v1.5 and have played it online as recently as yesterday. When trying to log in, I get Error 1311, in regards to renddx9x2.dll.
If I can play BF2 online, how can a file be corrupted? Is there a way of solving this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.

We host this file because this happens so often. Something as simple as a CTD inBF2 can result in this file being rewrittento disk as a blakn txt file.
Download it here, goes in the root BF2 directory where BF2.exe is located.

Btw, litoralis, what does the "x2" file exactly do, cause all I know is that the "renddx9.dll"-file (withOUT the "x2" thing) was responsible for fixing the alt-tab bug in BF2 from version 1.51 or so.
