Sound problem

Hi,
I have just installed the newest patch of PR(1.1.1.0). My problem is: i dont have sound during the game.
I downloded the bf2 from origin and the PR from your website.
What could be the problem?

So you have sound in vanilla BF2?

No. There is no sound neither BF2 nor on PR. I downloded the BF2 complete collection from origin. After the installation, there is the newest patch on it(1.5.3) and then i installed the PR(1.1.1.0). There isnt any other problem.

Let's troubleshoot:
1. Sound works in everything else?
2. Can you start vanlla BF2 and reset the audio options.
Start BF2.
Login with your online account.
OPtions->Audio->'Reset to Default'->Apply.
restart BF2 if prompted.
Test the audio.
IF that doesn't fix it:
Start BF2.
Login with your online account.
OPtions->Audio->Switch Renderer to Software, switch quality to Low.
->Apply.
restart BF2 if prompted.
Test the audio.
