I'm currently installing 1.1, and I want to know something. Since the file is an ISO, isn't the folder supposed have a disc on it? It just shows a square in the middle with the red and blue dots in the middle, and the blue bar on top.

You are direct downloading that over http (inside a web browser), and have only downloaded 2.3GB of the 6GB total.
I strongly suggest you install a bitttorrent client and download the game through bittorrent as it seems you have a pretty slow connection, which means the http download will stall out at some point.
qBittorrent official website is my preferred free open source and adware/bloatware free bitttorrent client.

download and install qbittorrent or any bittorrent client:
download the .torrent file
http://files.realitymod.com/bt/prbf2_1. ... so.torrent
open the .torrent file in the bittorrent client, the client will then download the .iso installation.

I've extracted everything, but 1.5 won't open. It said that patch 1.5 is not verified on my system.

Well, did you install patch 1.41, then install patch 1.5?
THankfully when patch 1.5 fails like this, you can just reinstall the patch.
Rerun the 1.5 patch, this time you'll have to agree to overwrite all the files, click yes.
