I do not know what that error msg is stating.

Can you give me context?
CAn you post your system specs from the SUpport tab in PRLauncher please.
Was PR working ever?
does vanilla BF2 work?

I'd suggest downloading and installing .NET framework 4.5.1 .
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Well, when you find your CDKey,
PRlauncher->Support->Keys Tab
Enter your CDKey, click "Change Key", and you're done.
