I cant hear people talking over prmumble?

When they appear to speak the green icon appears on lower left corner but i cant hear them speaking at all. What do i do? ive set the audio output to headset im using.
HAve you tried the "Audio settings Wizard" in PRMumble?
Start up PRMumble,
\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin\PRMumble\PRMumble.exe
Configure->Audio Wizard
Are you using a USB headset, or wireless headset, or a discrete audio card, or anything else I should know about?
You should make sure your AUdio output is not set to 0% or muted inside PRMumble:
Start up PRMumble,
GO to COnfigure->Settings->Select "Advanced settings" tickbox in bottom left->Click Audio Output in left column.
Center Panel, you have "select device", you need to choose your headset.
Next look at the Audio Output VOLUME slider, and make sure it's set to at least 100%.
If you have to change this, click APPLY so the settings are saved.
Then test PR.
If you have ANY other type of audio program running (skype or other VOIP programs), make sure it's not set to "Exclusive output" mode.
