banned for team killing team and equipment killers

Hello
How do i dispute a ban for team killing? last night after getting my PC built i was in the CIA server i was adjusting setting in the airfield when i see a group of 4 to 5 players flying a Kiowa in circles shooting rockets at it hitting other players with Humvee and then shooting the bodies. i then proceeded to frag them and finish them off so they will not destroy or kill anymore players or cas. how do i go about disputing a ban or getting it lifted? any help would be greatly appreciated.
