ERRORS EVERYWHERE!

Okay so hi.
I got pr last year and it froze my computer and i had to manully restart my computer.
i said hmm lets try this again after 4 months and....it worked.
But i logged into my profile and it said the good old 1301 error and when i update it gives me the error 75 when i try to update to version 1.0.36 right at the VERY END OF IT AT 99%.
And now when i launch pr it just tries to update without even opening the launcher.
I need help please.I have looked at other forums threads but no solution.
