A dev told me to post this bug here.
I don't know if the Russians can spawn at main. But I assume they can.
Couldn't spawn at mine the entire round. So everyone had to place rallies and spawn on the rallies to spawn at main.
Happened on HOG.
Reproduce: Do a local server.
