ok i found bug
is punkbuster I think(C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pbsetup)

pbsetup.37.zip
after install new bpsetup 37.zip
i clic on pbsetup.exe again punkbuster download pbsetup.37.zip (loop on)
