Hi. I have looked throughly but can't find the Main Pickup kit (AA, Marksman, Engineer etc.) spawn for above 2 maps in INS mode both with Iraqi faction. Can I get help finding where they were placed on above 2 maps?

I searched the Gamplayobjects.con and they do not exist. The meinsugent_xx_pickup are not on those two layers.

I have no idea if it was intentional or not

Burning Sands INS does have pickups in its gameplayobjects.con, although I'm not sure where this corresponds to on the map since I don't recall them having any sort of main on that layer.

oops. I thought you were talking to me there. I have no idea what that page was about. I even thought for moment the reason I can't find the kit spawn is because I can't understand those posts. lol

So I'm understanding that Khasmiyah has no pickup kit and it is comfirmed by checking the files, But Burning Sands does.

I'm sure Burning sands have it because previously I have seen player walking around with SVD. When you find the location, please let me know.

Since it seems pickup kit was forgotten in Khamisyah I hope it will be included in next hotfix or update.

Oh and talking of Burning Sands having no Main, There is neither fixing/refill station or Technical available..?

On burning sands you need to hold the SW flag as insurgent and you gain kits and vehicles, the kits are on the bottom floor of the SW side of the building with the hole in it, if insurgents can hold that flag, their game becomes alot easier. But that flag is also the easiest to defend as Blufor.

What about Khami w/ the Iraqi INs?

I had guessed that kit spawns were somehow based on taking flags, although I was too lazy to actually test it.

Khami INF INS doesn't have any pickup kits at all. Could be an oversight for the layer or it might be intentional.

I do think that they need to add them.

Most of the time, the insurgents get raped on that map. Which sucks. (They usually get raped outside of the city though)

Add 2 rocket techies and pick up kits, then I will love it.
(Or maybe have a secret kit location that the people can pick up.... like on Black gold ins.
