Here is a video i recorded of Khamisiyah with Iraqi insurgents(KHAMI INS INF LAYER) instead of MEC Only hope more servers would run this layer as much as they run Falluajah or any other INS map.

NOTE not a good upload just showing a bit of the map with INSURGENTS instead of MEC
