Since the latest update (which was concluded by an error not related to testairfield) when I try to run PR, I get an error that "PR Launcher has stopped working". What could be the possible cause of this? I don't have Test Airfield in my BF2 directory.

Also having this problem. I didn't have Test Airfield map ever. Update failed about 95% of way through due to some error I don't remember, now all I get is this message:

dumbcawk and bch, can you please go to and copy the files UpdateLog_1.1.4.0_1.txt abd UpdateLog_1.1.4.0_2.txt to an online service, like pastebin.com and post links to the files. It's the only way we'll be able to sort this out without asking you to unisntall and reinstall PR.

I can't tell you definitively what's going on, but it looks like :
1. you are not running PRLauncher with an Windows Admin account.
2. you are not running PRLauncher as an admin.
3. your antivirus or antimalware is blocking the change to the PRUpdater.exe and is flagging PRLauncher or PRUpdater as a injector virus (false positive)

What antivirus and antimalware and firewall programs are you running?
