ok i got a new ram so can i ran it now?
my pc:
windows 7 ultimate
intel core 2 duo e6400 2.19ghz
3gb ddr2 of ram
geforce 210 1gb ddr3 oc'ed
hdd 300gb

You might be able to play on low settings.
Try installing Razer Gamebooster
Download and install IOBit Gamebooster3.
Razer Game Booster Free Download, Speed Up PC for Top Gaming Performance

3. Download Bitsum ProcessLasso Free. Make sure you download the correct version, Free 32 bit or Free 64 bit,

-- Start PR, alt tab to desktop, open ProcessLasso window, right click on PR.exe, PRBF2.exe, PRMumble.exe and pnkbstra.exe and pnkbstrB.exe and give them default priority status of High, set the PRMumble and PRBF2 to gaming mode, and give them high or higher access to RAM.
