mumble not working.

Sooo.... got the update.. all has been fine.. played last few days fine.. Today i come home and get in game.. no mumble.. ok weird.. minimize game.. its not in tray.. but my pointer on my mouse keeps flashing witht he circle beside it like something is tryin to run.. so i knew something was wrong. went to folder to manual start mumble. wont start get a error... i close the game. start launcher go to options and go to start mumble and i get a critical error stating.

Ok so...???? i run it as a admin.. i know that trick.. i reset the profiles.. that didnt do it.. this is the log.
