1.1.4.0 Flare bug MI-8T and Havoc

I've got the flare bug when i was playing on Saaremaa. I was flying in Mi-8T, Guys from CAS squad got it too, they were flying in Havoc.

Report only UH1N flare bugs for the future, as we are aware of all other choppers having them.
